Description
DMR and TETRA trunking monitoring complex
The complex is designed for the automated and automatic search, receiving and processing of radio signals in the range of 30…3000 MHz (optionally up to 6000 MHz).
b) Delayed processing of the radio monitoring database:
Special software capabilities allow to determine automatically the voice traffic encryption approach (DMR) in real time:
The following parameters are determined in real time:
call direction – «Up» (from radio station to transponder),«Down» (From transponder to radio station);
traffic encryption approach - «None» (unencrypted), «Enhanced» (advanced), «Motorola» (original Motorola), «Hytera» (original Hytera), «AES» (Advanced Encryption Standard); mask – mask value for basic encryption;
slot – temporal slot of voice traffic transfer.
«color code» – logical subnet number; radio station coordinates – geographical longitude and latitude (for radio stations with GPS);
SMS text – transmitted massage text.
When signs of encryption are detected, depending on used encryption approach, the voice traffic basic encryption mask is automatically determined, or the voice traffic encryption keys are automatically selected from a specified list of keys. The keys may be preliminary obtained by the signal access block. Listening to already decrypted communication sessions and its recording in the database is simultaneously provided in real time.
Special software implements the capability of key (masks) base creation and its automatic selection for encrypted communication sessions.
The complex is designed for the automated and automatic search, receiving and processing of radio signals in the range of 30…3000 MHz (optionally up to 6000 MHz).
Fundamental functionality:
a) Radio monitoring:- panoramic view in all operating frequency range.
- radio monitoring of at least 16 radio frequency radiation sources;
- continuously in the simultaneous receiving band;
- radio monitoring within the range (ranges) in the scanning mode;
- automated search of new radio frequency radiation sources;
- automated or automatic signal detection of digital transmission modes (DMR, APCO25, TETRA);
- automatic direction finding of radio frequency radiation sources using attached direction finders, registration of radio monitoring and direction-finding results into the database.
b) Delayed processing of the radio monitoring database:
- displaying of materials registered in the data base in the chronological order in form of table;
- selection, displaying and sorting data according to the required conditions (filters);
- automatic sequential record playback;
- export/import of records from the data base as separate files of the corresponding type; deferred demodulation of a raw data stream with specified demodulator; deferred processing of the bit stream with specified DMR key list (masks); communication sessions shorthand with attachment of steno grams to voice sessions.

- positioning by angle of arrival and time difference of arrival methods; displaying the results of direction finding and positioning on the map with
- construction of mobile unit tracks.
